You are probably visiting other cities other than Rome during your stay in Italy. Of course there are quick ways to reach them, such as the fast train or a plane. But we encourage you to take your time and stop on the way to enjoy the countryside and a nice lunch in a “trattoria” or visit some famous attractions on the way. For example:

  • between Rome and Florence you can explore  Siena, the Chianti region, Assisi, and several  other little towns you might fall in love  with, like Civita di Bagnoregio here in the picture!
  • between Rome and  Naples/Amalfi Coast you might stop for a relaxing time at the beach of Sperlonga or enjoy a visit at the Abbey of Montecassino or at the Royal Palace of Caserta with its amazing park… Or Pompeii, of course!
