Luciana was born and raised in Argentina, in a close-knit Italian family whose strong cultural identity marked profoundly her upbringing. Yet she never thought she would end up falling for an Italian man and making Rome her new home.

In the Eternal City, working as tour guide seemed to be a good job opportunity, especially for someone who loves art and history, and has a true interest for people from different cultures.

It soon became much more than that: it turned out to be her “dream job”, something that makes going to work every day a true adventure, whether it is to bring back to life the 2000-year old remains of the Ancient City or to explore streets of the historic center in search of a little gem of a chapel hidden in a secret corner at the end of a narrow winding alleyway. Of course she is fluent in Spanish, apart from English and Italian languages.
