The Fiat 500 was a car produced by the Italian FIAT company since 1957 and meant to meet the demands of the post-war market which called for economy cars. It was rear-engined on the pattern of the Volkswagen Beetle and, despite its diminutive size, it proved to be a very practical and popular vehicle. In 1975 this car went out of production but it is still common to see Romans driving it, solving the great problem of parking in Rome.
You can explore some areas of Rome in this nice car!
It’s a great option in the winter months when it might be too cold to enjoy a Vespa ride or you can have it for a night tour…feeling like a Fellini movie character!
